■Points to note when participating in the networking event
The purpose of this event is to deepen connections between people. We will establish rules so that everyone can participate comfortably. Please note that by applying to participate in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to the rules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■What is the Japan Workation Association (general incorporated association)?
The essence of workation is "a way to change location to live and work in a rich way"
The Japan Workation Association, a general incorporated association, sees remote work and workation as one way to realize a rich lifestyle for individuals, and has the vision of "part of realizing a rich work and lifestyle through remote work and workation" and "regional co-creation through new work and lifestyle." Together with everyone involved with our association, we aim to create a society in Japan and around the world where people can realize a rich lifestyle.

・Make workation friends and exchange information! People who want to get together and make connections through workation ・People who want to make workation friends (office workers, business owners, freelancers, and students are all welcome!)
・Positive people, future-oriented people ・People who want to start workcation ・People from various other regions who want to connect with workers mainly in the Kanto region ・People who want to think up their own ideas in coworking *We are expecting people of a wide range of ages to gather, from their 20s to their 60s.

■Prohibited acts
We strongly discourage anyone who falls under any of the following categories from participating, as this may go against the purpose of the event.
・Acts related to soliciting or advertising for network businesses or multi-level marketing ・Acts related to soliciting or advertising for futures trading ・Acts related to soliciting for political, religious or ideological organizations ・Those who primarily engage in the display and sale of luxury items such as suits, jewelry, paintings, furs, etc. ・Those whose purpose is to pry into or collect personal information ・Those who are otherwise deemed unsuitable for participation by the Association

■Please observe basic etiquette.
・Forceful solicitation and nuisance behavior are strictly prohibited. If such behavior occurs during the networking event, you will be asked to leave. If a complaint is later filed with the Association about solicitation or nuisance behavior, not only the individual but also the organization (company) to which they belong will be refused participation in future planned events. Whether or not an act constitutes a nuisance will be determined by the judgment of the person being solicited.

■ In case of cancellation
・If you need to cancel your participation in the event due to unavoidable reasons, please send a message to the organizer here . If you contact us at least two days before the event, we will refund the full amount. If you cancel the day before, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%, and if you cancel on the day, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%.

*If you pay by bank transfer, bank transfer fees will not be refunded.

■ Disclaimer
- Payment will be required before participating in the event, but no refunds will be given once you have entered the event.
・We shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred through any of the various events.
・We may, out of necessity, suspend, cancel, or change the content of various events without prior notice. In that event, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from these actions.
