The Kamakura Workation Week Executive Committee (hereinafter, "the Committee") and the operating company, Mindfulness Architects Inc. (hereinafter, "our company") recognize that it is our social responsibility to properly handle and thoroughly protect personal information, and will properly manage all personal information entrusted to us by our customers and all personal information acquired by our company, based on our "Personal Information Protection Policy."

Article 1 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

1. The Committee and our company will use the personal information we acquire for the following purposes, except when we obtain the prior consent of the individual or when exceptions to the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations are permitted.

- To provide the latest information and activity reports of the committee, and to inform you of various events

・To send receipts, thank-you letters, etc.

- For other cases where it becomes necessary for the Committee to contact you

Article 2 (Disclosure of personal information to third parties)

1. When applying to participate in a program organized by a company, organization, individual, etc. that has registered as a program organizer with the Committee, all or part of your personal information will be provided only to the program organizer.

2. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, the Committee and the Company will not, in principle, disclose personal information provided to a third party. However, personal information may be disclosed in the following cases:

・When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent

・When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.

・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties

・When the facility is required by other laws and regulations to disclose or provide personal information

・Information that cannot identify the user

- When the Company reasonably determines that it is necessary to provide services to users

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)

1. The Committee and the Company will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and will endeavor to review and improve the management and operation system for your personal information as appropriate. In that case, if any changes occur to this personal information policy, we will announce them on our website.

Article 4 (Person in charge of receiving inquiries, etc.)

1. When handling personal information acquired by the Committee and the Company, a person responsible for management will be appointed to properly manage the information and make efforts to prevent leakage to outside parties. In addition, to prevent unauthorized access from outside or the risk of loss, destruction, falsification, etc., appropriate and reasonable safety measures will be implemented to protect personal information.

2. For inquiries regarding personal information acquired by the Committee and the Company, please contact the "Personal Information Inquiry Desk" below by post or email. Please note that we will not be able to accept inquiries made in any other way.

3. Please contact the following inquiry desk regarding content corrections, suspension of use, etc.
