Kamakura Workcation Week (5/15-5/18) Introduction Seminar! ~Let's practice a well-being way of working in Kamakura~
The 6th Kamakura Workcation Week will be held from Wednesday, May 15th to Saturday, May 18th! In this seminar, we will invite Sara Iwahama, Chairperson of the Kamakura Workcation Week Executive Committee, to give a detailed introduction to the attractive programs and highlights of Kamakura Workcation Week.

Kamakura Workcation Week is a community-based event from Kamakura that aims to create a future of well-being at work, with over 20 companies and organizations participating and a variety of programs planned in the city of Kamakura. It is an opportunity to practice "well-being ways of working" by working creatively while touring workspaces unique to Kamakura, participating in programs such as lunch social gatherings, meditation experiences, workshops where participants select books while talking, and team building.

Sara Iwahama
Representative Director of Mindfulness Architects Inc., Representative Director of Wellbeing Up General Incorporated Association, and Director of Workation Network General Incorporated Association. After working as a systems development consultant at an IT company and in residential and investment real estate development sales at a real estate developer, he started his own company in 2014. Aiming to realize a society in which each and every person can shine in the "here and now," he is involved in space design, place creation, and workation based on mindfulness. He operates " ThinkSpace Kamakura ," a coworking space where people can spend mindful time while increasing their concentration and creativity through introspection. He provides "well-being workcation," which realizes a well-being way of working, mainly in the Shonan Kamakura area. Chairman of the Kamakura Workation Week Executive Committee. Haruka Tsuchida
After working in corporate sales and solutions planning both domestically and overseas, he is now working as a catalyst, creating co-creation projects with manufacturing users. Last year, he launched Well-Leading through an internal new business program, and is busy providing career support through books and dialogue every day. He was a finalist in the new business program in 2022 and a mentor in 2023. He also works as an external 1-on-1 service supporter and supports candidates taking the Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant exam. His hobby is traveling abroad.
Ryusuke Kuroki
West Japan Area Leader of Docomo Inc.'s workation circle "Nomad Docomo" and Corporate Planning Department of Docomo CS Shikoku Inc. While living in two locations, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture and Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, he is promoting nomad work centered on workation in the Setouchi area. Utilizing his experience in media design direction and digital marketing as a digital transformation talent, he is promoting regional revitalization DX in cooperation with local coworking spaces. As a specialist in the 4th batch of the in-house university "Docomo Academy," he proposed the "Food Tourism Business" and is tackling social issues with a focus on food.

NTT Communications Corporation Droppin Management Office Leader Certified Workation Concierge of the Japan Workation Association
After gaining experience in venture companies such as an IT venture's internet business and a new telecommunications company, he joined NTT Communications Corporation in 2003 and worked in sales to major corporations. Since 2018, he has been running the secretariat, designing the in-house new business support program and supporting teams, while also working on business development based on his own experiences, and in October 2021, he commercialized "droppin," a workspace provision app that solves the problem of where to work when working remotely or from home. He currently leads the business promotion of droppin®︎ in order to make working styles in Japan more flexible. He lives in two places, Yokohama and Osaka.
