After graduating from the University of the Sacred Heart, she worked for an overseas travel agency in the JAL Group before going independent and starting her own business as a coach in 2005.

In 2004, he served as an advisor for the "Dream Gate" entrepreneurial support project sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he provided support for entrepreneurship and start-ups, as well as for managers of small and medium-sized enterprises. After that, he met Masanobu Fukushima, and in 2007, he served as an executive committee member and dream mentor at the "Dream Plan Presentation" event, where adults talk about their dreams in earnest, where he learned mentoring.

To date, I have worked closely with over 500 clients through one-on-one coaching, and have supported the dreams of over 4,000 participants in seminars and corporate training.

I encountered Eastern Destiny Studies and learned about the destiny we were born with, and that we can carve out our own destiny through effort and the environment we live in. I was also very attracted to the idea that by clarifying our own axis (= life mission), we can change the way we work and even the way we live.

Currently, in addition to providing executive coaching and planning and managing events at her own company, she serves as a director of the Mission Mentoring Association, a general incorporated association, teaches Reiki therapy as a direct-dependence Reiki master, and facilitates workation projects and corporate training to support companies and the local community.
