He began his career in the human resources department of a company.
Involved in human resources, recruitment, and education and training, he is responsible for recruitment interviews, internal job rotation, revamping the in-house training system, and planning and running in-house training for everyone from new recruits to managers.
After going independent, he aimed to make Kamakura a "working town" where everyone can work happily, and established "Hito no Koto" to provide support for human resources operations, mainly in Kamakura, positioning himself as the "Human Resources Department of Kamakura." With the dream and hope of making Kamakura a "working town," he works to increase the number of people working in Kamakura while supporting the human resources operations of various companies.
For the past 7 years, she has been running a collaborative project with Kamakura City called the "Second Career Step Seminar for Women." She also holds a "Joint Information Session for Companies in Kamakura" that brings together companies in the city. She is currently working with her friends in Kamakura on workcation and ways of working that increase the happiness of workers.
