[11/22 14:00] Mindfulness x Vision Sketch: Thinking about your business vision with your right brain
"I want to use the power of images to organize my overflowing with wonderful ideas!" Vision Sketching was born from that vision. In this workshop, through the processes of journaling and sketching, we will materialize the true view of the world (true vision) that the true me wants to depict. Through journaling (writing meditation), we will observe thoughts and emotions that we usually overlook. Through sketching, we will visualize the image in our heads. By transcending the boundaries of language and thought and encountering a world brought about by inspiration, we will express the "unique vision" that comes from within me.
Time & Location

About the event
I want to use the power of images to organize my overflowing wonderful ideas!
Your ideas will be loved, and your ideas will be loved by everyone.
I want to create a society where ideas can be put into shape!
Based on this vision, the "Vision Sketch" was born.
In this workshop, through the process of "journaling" and "sketching," you will materialize the true view of the world (true vision) that you truly want to portray.
Through "journaling (writing meditation)," you can observe thoughts and feelings as they are, even if you would normally overlook them.
Through "sketching," you visualize the image in your head.
By going beyond the boundaries of language and thought and encountering a world of inspiration, I hope to express the "unique vision" that comes from within me.
It doesn't matter whether I'm good at drawing or not. What's important is that I shine a light on myself as an artist.
Let's open up a new world through "Vision Sketch"!

Additionally, in order to realize a well-being society, we are hosting the Kamakura Workation Week, a forum where companies and individuals can connect across boundaries, learn about sustainable behavior and ways of being, and put next-generation ways of working into practice together.
[Co-organizer]
Sketch Communication
You have a vague image of what you want to do in your head, but you can't organize it well enough to communicate it to others. You have a lot of ideas in your head that can be useful to others, but you can't quite communicate them well. By drawing pictures of the fragments of great ideas you have and talking about them, I will help you organize them into ideas that can be communicated to others.
ThinkSpace Kamakura
This coworking and open space is a renovated old house with a hearth located at the foot of the valley of Inamuragasaki, along the Otonashi River. You can spend your work time in a different way than usual, refreshing yourself in the sea or mountains between work, improving your concentration and creativity with a mindfulness program, or having an open conversation around the hearth. Based on mindfulness, we offer spaces and programs to align the mind and body, awaken the potential powers that each individual possesses, and nurture them through relationships with others.
