Yasuo Otsuka


Born in Colombia in 1973. Grew up in Koshigaya and then Yokohama. Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology Yacht Club. Seeking a free lifestyle as a surfer, he switched from being a system engineer to being a designer. At the same time, he has been involved in many social activities.
