[5/14 15:00] Idea-generating workshop to discover and increase the value of talent
Increasing job satisfaction and work engagement is important for both individuals and teams, and leads to improved organizational strength. Improving psychological qualities such as self-efficacy, purpose and resilience is important for maintaining a state of energy, enthusiasm and immersion in work, and is one of the factors that has a positive impact on work engagement. As an introductory part, this time we will implement a program to deepen self-understanding and increase self-efficacy.

About the event
The first step in increasing one's potential and value is to "know oneself deeply."
Uncover the seeds of your innate talents based on your date of birth,
We will explore what kind of future will open up if we use this talent in accordance with the laws of nature.
Then, write down what you want to tackle this year and what new challenges you want to take on.
All participants will brainstorm ideas on how to make this happen.
This workshop allows participants to support each other and clarify the path to achieving their goals.
