Ms. Kayo Iketeru

Born in Taiwan in 1967, he grew up in Japan from the age of three and moved to the United States after graduating from high school.

After returning to Japan, she worked at an English conversation school before moving to five foreign companies, including Mars Japan, Ford Motor Company, Adidas Japan, Pfizer, and Nippon Paul, where she focused on human resources. During her time as a company employee, she experienced managerial roles, childbirth, and re-employment, and in 2006 she obtained an MBA from the Hosei University Graduate School of Business, becoming independent upon graduation and continuing to work to this day.

Currently, with the mission of "designing a fulfilling work environment," he is involved in system design for corporate HR and management, human resources and organizational development, and HR and management advisory and consulting positions. He is particularly skilled in developing leaders based on EQ (emotional intelligence), diversity and inclusion, and improving engagement, and is involved in the construction, planning, and implementation of training in the area of human capital, working with over 100 organizations, mainly large corporations. In addition, he is engaged in solving social issues in the areas of work style reform and career education through his roles as director of two NPOs. In 2018, he launched the Japanese EQ owned media [EQ + LAB.], and is currently working on the theme of exploring work and life, business, corporate, and social activities through "spiritual fulfillment" through emotional intelligence.
